You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes of checkout. It includes your order number, item summary, and estimated ship date. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or log into your Maxtech account under Order History.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, as long as they haven't entered our picking queue. Contact support immediately via live chat or phone with your order number. Once a label is printed, changes require a return after delivery.
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a carrier link. You can also track from your account dashboard. Tracking updates typically appear within 4–6 hours of the package leaving our warehouse.
Backordered items show an estimated restock date on the product page. You're only charged when the item ships. If the restock date changes by more than 7 days, we'll email you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
If you place multiple orders within 30 minutes to the same address before any have shipped, contact support and we can merge them into a single shipment with one tracking number. Merged orders still qualify for free shipping if the combined total exceeds
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders below that threshold have a flat $6.99 shipping fee. Express (1–2 business days) and next-day delivery are available at checkout for an additional charge.
Orders placed before 2 PM ship same day from our warehouse. Standard delivery arrives in 2–5 business days. Express ships next business day and arrives in 1–2 days. Rural and remote addresses may add 1–2 extra days.
Currently we ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time. We are evaluating expansion to Canada and select EU markets — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Orders over $500 and all GPU shipments require an adult signature at delivery. You can opt into signature confirmation on any order at checkout for $3.99. Packages are insured against loss or damage during transit.
We ship to PO boxes via USPS only — select standard shipping at checkout. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported with standard delivery times of 7–14 business days. Express and next-day options are not available to PO boxes or military addresses.
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items may incur a 15% restocking fee unless defective. Software, digital downloads, and opened consumables (thermal paste, cable ties) are non-returnable.
Contact support within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll issue a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately — you don't need to wait for us to receive the defective unit. For DOA GPUs and motherboards, we prioritize same-day replacement when stock allows.
Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping with a prepaid label. Change-of-mind returns: you pay return shipping unless you use our discounted return label ($7.99 deducted from your refund). Items over $200 should be returned with the original packaging and insurance.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of us receiving the return. Credit card refunds appear in 3–7 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant. Store credit is issued immediately if you choose that option.
Yes. Start a return in your account dashboard and select "Exchange" instead of refund. Choose the replacement item — if there's a price difference, you'll be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchanges ship once we receive your return, or immediately for defective items.
Every product we sell is sourced from authorized distributors and ships factory-sealed unless clearly labeled as open-box or refurbished. We never sell gray-market imports, counterfeits, or used items disguised as new. Serial numbers are logged at intake.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all products — typically 1–3 years depending on the brand. Your Maxtech invoice serves as proof of purchase. For warranty claims within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll coordinate the RMA. After that, we can help facilitate manufacturer warranty service.
New: factory-sealed, never opened. Open-box: returned item in like-new condition, tested and repackaged — clearly labeled with photos of actual unit. Refurbished: manufacturer- or Maxtech-certified, tested, with a 90-day Maxtech warranty. All conditions are stated on the product page before you buy.
Yes. Our support team can verify CPU socket compatibility, PSU wattage requirements, case clearance for GPU length, and RAM type support. Reach out via live chat with your parts list or intended build before ordering — we'll flag any conflicts before you pay.
When manufacturers discontinue a product, we sell remaining stock until it runs out and clearly mark the listing as "Last units" or "Discontinued." After stock is gone, the product page shows an unavailable status. Sign up for restock alerts if we expect a successor model.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Business customers can apply for net-30 terms with approved credit. We do not accept cryptocurrency or wire transfers for standard orders.
We monitor competitor pricing daily and adjust automatically. If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item from Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, or B&H within 7 days of your purchase, contact us with a link and we'll refund the difference. Marketplace sellers and auction listings are excluded.
Guest checkout is available. Creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and manage returns faster. Account holders also get early access to flash sales and restock alerts on wishlisted items.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local rates. Tax-exempt organizations can upload their certificate in account settings before ordering — contact support if you need help setting this up.
Items stay in your cart for 30 days while logged into your account. Guest carts expire after 7 days. Prices and availability are recalculated at checkout — if an item's price dropped since you added it, you pay the lower price. Wishlist items persist indefinitely and include restock notifications.
